Terms of Use
Effective: October 13, 2026
1. Purpose
GovReady PH provides tools to help users organize government job applications and prepare application documents. The app is not a government service, does not represent any government agency, and does not guarantee eligibility, appointment, employment, interview selection, or acceptance of any document.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all information, AI-generated text, dates, qualifications, signatures, attachments, and documents before submission. You must ensure that the information you submit to an employer or government agency is accurate, truthful, current, and appropriate for the application.
3. Local files and backups
Many GovReady PH records and documents are stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups you wish to keep. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, browser/device storage loss, or device failure may permanently remove locally stored information.
4. AI features
AI output is provided as drafting assistance and may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording. You must review and edit AI-generated content before relying on or submitting it. AI suggestions must not be treated as confirmation of your qualifications, duties, eligibility, or experience.
5. Paid features
Certain exports or premium features may require purchase. Google Play purchases do not require a GovJobsPH account. Lifetime purchases can be restored using the Google Play account that purchased them. Consumed short-term or single-export purchases can be restored using receipts retained on your device or a private recovery code saved outside the app before clearing app data or uninstalling. Restoring preserves the original expiry and remaining allowance. Keep your recovery code private: anyone holding it can access the same remaining purchase allowance. Without retained receipts or a saved recovery code, these purchases cannot be recovered after app data is lost. GovReady document backups do not include purchase receipts. Product descriptions shown at the time of purchase describe the applicable access period or usage allowance. Android in-app purchases may be processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play payment, cancellation, and refund rules.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass paid-access controls, use automated abuse against AI or backend services, upload unlawful content, or use GovReady PH to impersonate another person or falsify application credentials.
7. Availability
Features may change, be corrected, temporarily unavailable, or depend on third-party services such as Google Play, hosting providers, authentication services, and AI providers. We may update the app to maintain security, compliance, compatibility, or functionality.
8. Disclaimer
GovReady PH is an independent application tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Civil Service Commission or any Philippine government agency. Users should confirm official requirements directly with the hiring agency or relevant government authority.
9. Privacy
Use of GovReady PH is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, account verification, AI processing, purchases, retention, and deletion.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the GovJobsPH contact channel.
